Roger Rose
Roger Rose is a certified member of the Wichita-Caddo tribe and resides in Shawnee, OK. The Wichita-Caddo are located in the Anadarko, OK area. Roger spent his school years at Riverside Indian School, a Bureau of Indian Affairs federal boarding school in Anadarko, OK. He served in the US Navy, and is a Vietnam era veteran. After military service, he attended Haskell Junior College, now Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, KS. Roger’s unique art style applies a modern interpretation to traditional Native art. The vibrant colors and complex intersecting lines invite the viewer to come closer and spend time examining fascinating pathways and color combinations. His original works are created in colored pencil on premium paper as well as water color paper. These designs are often added to parchment backgrounds and printed on handmade rice paper.
Janet Schatzman
Janet is a versatile artist and visual language expert in planning and executing unique visual language strategies by creating hand drawn murals and graphics of organizational maps for various organizations including for-porofit, not-for-profit, and government. Her vast experience includes creating unique illustrations for business books and on-line programs, corporate training, leadership programs, organizational transformation and visual culture strategies across many industries. Currently Janet resides in Colorado and consults with The Creative Technology Center, a Los Angeles based immersive experience/event production studio while collaborating with Roger Rose.
